Some can't live without the Cabbage soup diet. Great in theory, but if you really view food just fuel, you'll find that after three days the mere mentioning with the word "cabbage" will be sufficient to make you gag. Besides, with the cabbage soup diet you lose weight because you lose water. So, this the not viable for the long haul without very good to enable fat demise.
